Refund Policy to buyers.

As we all know, artwork is a very personal choice. therefore on framed pieces, we offer a no quibble return policy if the piece does not meet your expectation on arrival. Please read our outlined terms below.

• Terms of return - returns must be within 5 days of purchase
• State of return - the item must be in a resalable condition, any damage to frames, glass etc will be subject to a 10% handling /repair charge
• Reason for return - please specify the reason for return.
• Process for return - goods should be well packaged to prevent any damage, and postage cost is to be paid by the customer.
• Process of refund - refunds will be processed back to the original point of sale. within 3 days of the returned goods being received back at the office.
• Contact details - please enclose your sale invoice number, name and address to enable speedy processing of your return.
